The United Methodist Women of the United Methodist Church state as their purpose the following:
"  The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church."

The United Methodist Women of Randall Church meet the first Tuesday after the first Sunday of each month and are involved in a variety of service activities throughout the year. This includes but is not limited to the following:
..Send Sunday school supplies with foreign building teams
..Give a monetary gift to Jericho House
..Give baby items and monetary gifts to the Pregnancy Resource Center
..Give monetary (love offerings) to several individuals
..Send small stuffed animals to the hospital emergency room
..Make a monetary donation to Hospice
..Donate food, school supplies and personal items to the Christian Ministries
..Donate shoe boxes filled with Christmas gifts to Christian Ministries
..Members participate in the October Church World Service Crop Hunger Walk
..Donate flood buckets to The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR)
